Orders​

Orders will be dispatched on postage days Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, cut off time is the pervious day 11PM. (Example, placing an order on Tuesday any time until 11PM will be posted Wednesday morning. Orders posted over the weekend will be posted Monday morning.

Personalised orders for scissors will be processed at the end of each month. Processing and delivery can be between 3-4 weeks. However busy periods such as Nurses Week or bank holiday periods such as Christmas may take longer as manufacturing is suspended for holidays so can take up 8 weeks in some cases if not placed at least 6-8 weeks before Christmas.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that stock levels are maintained on our website, but on occasions we might find that something may not be in stock or the last stock we have is damaged. In this case we will contact you to inform you of the next available date it will be in stock or offer a full refund.

All images of products are purely for illustration only, and do not form part of the description of the product.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the colour of the products on the website is the exact representation of the colour. This is due to variations in cameras, colour contrast on monitors or devices used to view the website. However, every effort is made to make the images as accurate as possible.
Personalised Travel Cups for Personal Use

There is a 2-3 day processing time on all personalised travel cups.

If you ordered multiple items, they will all be posted at the same time once the personalised gift is completed.

Competitions/Giveaway

If you win a competition via our Facebook/Instagram/Twitter page or event stand. All gifts will be processed within 30 days.

This is due to demand on our stock is extremely high and all payment orders will take priority of any free prize winners.

We have the right to cancel any competitions/giveaways without reason and without notice.

Claims for prizes must be made within 7 days of winner announced, failure to do so will void your claim.
Payment

You can pay using the secure checkout method on our site using Stripe. With this you can check out using our credit or debit card.

Pay by bank transfer account details will be displayed on checkout. Please put your name or order number as reference.

Postage & Packaging

Delivery charges can be found here.

To look after the environment as well as keep your costs down and ours, we recycle packaging and boxes that will be used for orders, we make every effort to ensure your item will still arrive safely and undamaged.

Returns
-
Customers must contact Coopers Care UK within 30 days of order date to obtain authorisation to return any Goods. Goods returned by the Customer without prior authorisation will not be credited.

Coopers Care UK reserves the right, at its discretion, to charge the Customer the charge of the delivery cost it may have incurred.

Return of unwanted items will be at the charge of the Customer.

Delivery charges will not be refunded by Coopers Care UK unless stated.

Customers must return all products unused and as originally delivered. Certain products can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and any seals remain intact.

Coopers Care UK cannot accept returns on hygiene or sterile products, products that are made to order, personalised/engraved, assembled prior to delivery or assembled and installed, unless they are faulty. Please contact Coopers Care UK Customer Service Team for guidance and advice before proceeding.

Coopers Care UK are unable to offer any refund or cancel orders for personalised printed or engraved items such as cups/stationary/stethoscopes and scissors once order is confirmed. Unless a printing error as occurred by us. We are not accountable for any errors such as spelling and will still be subject to charge.

Claims - Damaged/Not Received/Lost Items

You must let us know within 14 days (from purchase date) if you have not received your item.

If your ordering from outside the UK then please allow 20 days before messaging us. You have up to 35 days to make any claims.
-
Claims outside this period will not be accepted if they are not received/lost/damaged.
-
You must email us your order number found in the order confirmation email staff.cooperscareuk@gmail.com.

Damaged items being returned will require full inspection for cause of fault before refund. If found it was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse, you will not have the right to a refund. If you want the item back you will be charged for the return, or the item will be disposed of.

If you have ordered an ex display product or you knew about a fault before you bought the item as it was described in the sale this will not be entitled to a refund.

Emails will be responded to within 12-48 hours.

Late Payments

Orders received from companies, charities or the NHS are given 14 days for invoices to be paid unless otherwise stated on the invoice sent. Payments not received within this period are subject to late payment fee of £75. Further charges of £30 may be applicable if further reminders are sent. If your experiencing payment difficulties please contact us at staff.coopescareuk@gmail.com to avoid further charges.

Taxes

All products sold via our store and other market places have VAT/Taxes included in the price.

If you require a business VAT receipt please email us after purchase with your order number.

Wholesale prices do not include VAT/Taxes, these will be produced on your invoice or on request.

Other charges or fees may be chargeable depending on order such as shipping (UK or International) and customs/duty.

Warranty & Liability

Coopers Care UK (The Seller) warrants that all reasonable care will be taken to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship. In the event of any defect arising within 2 months, or a different period as specified in the general description of the goods, from the date of delivery to the Buyer, or as otherwise agreed in Writing, the Seller will repair or replace the defective goods, if required to do so, provided that:

they are returned carriage paid to the Seller's premises; and

it is proved to the Seller's satisfaction that the defect is due to inferior workmanship or material.

The warranty excludes defects caused by misuse or neglect or arising from wear and tear and applies only to Goods bought directly from the Seller.

The Seller shall not be under any liability to the Buyer for any defects in the Goods or for any loss or damage to or caused by the Goods, whenever they arise, except to the extent that the Seller has expressly accepted liability under these conditions. All other conditions, warranties or other terms whatsoever concerning the Goods, whether express or implied, by statute, at common law, or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no circumstances (other than death or personal injury caused by the sellers negligence) shall the Seller be liable for any purely economic loss or for any special, indirect or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever.

Diagnostic equipment (oximeters/thermometers) have been CE ISO certified. When buying from us via our online store or public stand, they are for personal use only. We (Coopers Care UK) hold no responsibility for inaccurate results or diagnosis during nursing or medical interventions in a healthcare or emergency setting if you decide to use our product in this area.
Private Label/Customised Products (PLCP)​​

Any Private Label/Customised product supplied by Coopers Care UK Ltd will be discussed and agreed prior to manufacturing ensuring any specific requests are met. Throughout the process we will communicate with the Buyer to ensure the product meets the requirements. In most cases once manufacturing is complete no changes can be made. This will at the discretion of Coopers Care UK Ltd, and its suppliers if any amendments or requests can be processed after product completion. This is due to moulding equipment being made and changes will result in additional fees to make any changes.

If agreed any changes that was not clearly highlighted prior to manufacturing the new fees will be at the expense of the Buyer.

We will hold all rights to product designs including PLCP, including products with exclusivity.
-
We will not sell any PLCP unless agreed or complies with the next Terms and Conditions.

If the supplying of a PLCP have ended with the Buyer we hold the right to take over supplying the PLCP product through our website and other marketplaces we use. This is ensure no financial loss to Coopers Care UK Ltd as we hold stock to ensure quick delivery of products. Quantities are variable but will not exceed 10,000 of a single PLCP at one time.

The PLCP logo, name, details may be present on packaging or the product when selling by Coopers Care UK. We may make an effort to remove any PLCP brand names from products.

When you register and use this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computers or otherwise. We will use this data to fulfil our agreement with you.
